DocuSign : Downloading Completed Envelopes

Overview:

Downloading completed envelopes in DocuSign allows you to save electronically signed paperwork and its corresponding Certification of Completion. The following will allow you to manually upload previously signed paperwork with its corresponding Certification of Completion:

Important Note: Schwab will reject the entire DocuSign envelope if non-Schwab paperwork is included (this means clients will need to resign paperwork). Fidelity and TD will NIGO the paperwork but will allow you to reupload the signed paperwork to their online platform.

Steps:

1. Go to the DocuSign envelope you would like to download and press the “Download” button

2. A new window will appear. Make sure the “All” box is selected
o   (note: when you press "Download", the Certification of Completion will be saved as "Summary")
