DocuSign : Downloading Completed Envelopes
Overview:
Downloading completed
envelopes in DocuSign allows you to save electronically signed paperwork and
its corresponding Certification of Completion. The following will allow you to
manually upload previously signed paperwork with its corresponding Certification
of Completion:
- Mutual Advisors/Securities
- Fidelity
- TD Ameritrade
Important Note: Schwab
will reject the entire DocuSign envelope if non-Schwab paperwork is included (this
means clients will need to resign paperwork). Fidelity and TD will NIGO the
paperwork but will allow you to reupload the signed paperwork to their online
platform.
1. Go
to the DocuSign envelope you would like to download and press the “Download” button
2. A new window will
appear. Make sure the “All” box is selected
o (note: when you press "Download", the Certification of Completion will be saved as "Summary")
