Medallion Signature Guarantees

Overview: 

Mutual offers our clients medallion signature guarantee service for signed documents.

Requirements:
  1. Certification of Medallion Signature Guarantee (attached to this KB or Nexus under Resources)
    1. There is one version for Brokerage/Non-Brokerage and one for Evolve
  2. Document(s) to signature guarantee
  3. Signature must be an original wet signature, not digital (ie. DocuSign) or photocopied
  4. Individual needs to be a Mutual Group client
  5. Return envelope with postage (or UPS/FedEX shipping label) affixed to the envelope.
  6. The value of the transaction is not to exceed $1,000,000.00

Steps:
  1. Mail the required documents to the Mutual Securities home office location:

  1. The paperwork will then be reviewed and the requested document(s) will be medallion signature guaranteed unless there is an issue in which case you will be informed via e-mail. If the request is IGO, the signature guaranteed document will be mailed out as instructed with the provided envelope (postage affixed).

Additional Notes:
  1. If a scanned copy is needed, please include that in the instructions and indicate the individual and e-mail address the copy should be sent to.
  2. Also, please note the return address on the outbound shipping label should be your office's address, not Mutual's.
