Cause: TPM is an authentication method that uses matching keys stored on the motherboard and in your computer's registry. When you replace your motherboard, the key on the new motherboard doesn't match the key on your computer, causing the error.

Clear your TPM (Sets ownership back to factory default for re-enrollment)
1. Press the Windows key + R to open Run.
2. Type tpm.msc and press Enter.
3. In the TPM Management Console, Click on Action > Clear TPM.
4. Next time you use an Office Application, you should be prompted to sign in.
5. Choose "allow my organization to manage my device" to restore your connections to your work account as before.
Delete Personal Computer Certificates that are missing keys. (Forces new certificates and keys to be generated)
Note: You may need to reinstall or reactivate your Office Applications after deleting certificates.
1. Press the Windows key + R to open Run.
2. Type certlm.msc and press Enter.
3. In Personal > Certificates, look at the list of certificates.
